These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by GetWashJobs.org (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is owned and operated by Ira Blatt & Associates, doing business as GetWashJobs.org (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Our business operates as a U.S. sole proprietorship.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have the legal authority to enter a binding agreement

Provide accurate contact, billing, and business information

2. Subscription & Billing

GetWashJobs.org operates on a subscription billing model.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial.

You will not be charged during the trial period.

At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a $97/month recurring subscription, unless canceled before the trial ends.

Billing Cycle

Charges occur on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method you provide at checkout.

By providing payment information, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing.

No pro-rated refunds are given for partial billing periods.

Access to your account may remain through the end of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

Because access is delivered instantly and includes digital tools, onboarding materials, and software configuration, we do not offer refunds, including:

Forgetting to cancel

Not using the Service

Misunderstanding features

5. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Maintain accurate account information

Not share login access with unauthorized users

Use the Service for lawful purposes only

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Violate spam, telemarketing, or data privacy laws

Abuse SMS or messaging features

Misrepresent your business or identity

Send unlawful, harmful, or misleading communications

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described there.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed one month of subscription fees, whether or not you continue using the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

You misuse the platform

Fraudulent or chargeback activity occurs

No refunds will be provided upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
